Adepth collects information you provide when creating an account (name, email), data from connected third-party services (Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Pipedrive, AmoCRM, Bitrix24), and usage analytics via PostHog.
We access your advertising and CRM data through OAuth-authorized integrations solely to provide analytics, insights, and forecasting services.
We use your data to: (a) display unified advertising analytics, (b) generate AI-powered insights via Claude API, (c) compute ROI metrics by connecting ad spend to CRM revenue, (d) send notifications about critical insights and sync errors, (e) improve our service.
Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. All connections use TLS 1.3. We implement security headers (HSTS, CSP, X-Frame-Options). Access to data requires authenticated API calls with workspace membership verification.
We integrate with: Anthropic (Claude AI for insights and chatbot conversations), Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Sentry (error tracking), PostHog (analytics), Resend (transactional emails), Inngest (background jobs), Telegram (support ticket notifications). Each service processes data under their own privacy policies and applicable Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
When you use the AI chatbot, your messages are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. Anthropic does not use this data for training.
Active accounts: data retained per plan limits (14 days trial, 90 days Pro, 365 days Premium). After account deletion: data removed within 30 days. Stripe billing data retained as required by law.
You have the right to: access your data, request correction or deletion, data portability (CSV export available), restrict processing, object to processing. Contact privacy@adepth.io to exercise these rights. We respond within 30 days.
We use essential cookies for authentication (Supabase session). Analytics cookies (PostHog) are loaded only after you accept them via our cookie consent banner. You can change your preference at any time by clearing localStorage.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how it is used, request deletion of your personal information, opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal data), and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. Your data may be processed in the United States and European Union. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for cross-border transfers. All sub-processors maintain appropriate data protection agreements.
Adepth is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact privacy@adepth.io.
