Adepth provides a SaaS platform for digital advertising analytics, connecting ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, AmoCRM, Bitrix24) to deliver unified ROI analytics and AI-powered insights.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must not share access tokens or allow unauthorized access to connected integrations. One organization per account; team members can be invited per your plan limits.
Free trial: 14 days with full access. Paid plans (Pro $149/mo, Premium $349/mo) are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds: 14-day money-back guarantee from first payment. After 14 days, no refunds for partial months.
You retain full ownership of your data. We do not sell, share, or use your advertising or CRM data for any purpose other than providing the service. AI insights are generated on-demand and are not stored beyond your data retention period. You can export your data at any time via CSV export.
AI insights, forecasts, and recommendations are generated using Claude by Anthropic. These are suggestions based on your data and should not be treated as financial advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI predictions. You are responsible for decisions made based on AI recommendations.
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it. Scheduled maintenance will be announced 24 hours in advance. Data sync intervals depend on your plan (instant for Trial/Premium, every 3 hours for Pro). We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party services (Google, Meta, CRM providers).
You must not: use the service for illegal purposes, attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the platform, use automated tools to scrape data, or violate the terms of connected third-party services.
Adepth is provided "as is." We are not liable for: losses from decisions based on AI recommendations, data discrepancies between ad platforms and CRM, downtime of third-party integrations, or indirect/consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination: access is revoked immediately, data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted. OAuth tokens for connected services are revoked.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adepth Technologies from claims, damages, or expenses arising from: your use of the service, your violation of these terms, your violation of any third-party platform terms (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.), or unauthorized access to your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Adepth. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
